Payment

1. Payment in advance
You can easily pay in advance by bank transfer. After ordering you will receive an confirmation email with our bank account details:

Buyers remitting from abroad shall bear all costs for the bank transfer, including the transaction fees.

Please transfer the total amount of your order on our account and give your order number as reason for payment. Please add also your name, if your name differs from the name of the customer. The transfer can take up to 5 working days! Just after the amount is credited to our account, the goods will be sent out.

Sales on account  are not possible.

2. Cash on delivery
You will pay the total amount for your order directly to the parcel delivery.
Cost for COD:
- 4,00 € for shipping to Germany and 8,90€ to Austria
- 25,00 € for shipping to all countries, where DHL offers this service (Switzerland is not possible)
Note: there is an extra service charge of € 2.00 which must be paid to the bearer

3. Pay Pal
You have to set up a PayPal account. Your payment via PayPal is fast, safe and easy. It works just like an online bank transfer, only faster. Information on www.paypal.com

4. Direct debit
This is also transacted by PayPal. With your PayPal account you can also conveniently pay by direct debit. Your account data will not be published. Everything is absolutely safe and most of all quickly.

5. Credit card
For paying with credit card  you also have to chose your PayPal account. You pay money with your credit card into your PayPal account. Then Pay Pal will quickly transfer the money to us.

6. Sofortüberweisung.de
Sofortüberweisung.de is a new and TÜV certified online payment system, based on the proven online banking with PIN-/TAN,  for fast and secure processing of your online purchases. This payment method is available only for Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

Shipping:

All parcels are dispached by DHL or GLS.



The costs depend on your oder value and on where you live.

Germany:
- up to the order value of 100,00 € shipping costs are 3,90 €
- from order amount of 100,00 € shippment is free of charge
- extra charge for "cash on delivery" are 4,00 € + 2,00 € delivery charge must be paid
  directely to DHL
- delivery within 1-3 working days

Austria:
- up to the order value of 150,00 € shipping costs are 4,90 €
- from order amount of 150,00 € shippment is free of charge
- extra charge for "cash on delivery" are 8,90 € + 2,00 € delivery charge must be paid
  directely to DHL
- delivery within 2-5 working days

Switzerland:
- up to the order value of 300,00 € shipping costs are 15,90 €
- from order amount of 200,00 € shippment is free of charge
- the amount on the invoice is without tax
- sorry, "cash on delivery" is not possible
- delivery within 8-10 working days

Other countries:
- shipping costs are 9,90 €
- delivery within 8-10 working days
- extra charge for "cash on delivery" where DHL is offering this service,are 25,00 € + 2,00 € delivery charge must be paid
  directely to DHL

Packing costs:
There are no additional packing costs. We ensure that you will receive your order safe.

Import and Declaration:
For orders from outside of Germany, there may occure costs for import tax and customs duty regulations of the country of destination. This costs have to be paid by the customers. You have to inform yourself by the responsible customs office of your country.
