If you would like to test/rent Splitboards at our Ridersheaven Store, here are a few important guidelines to ensure everything runs smoothly during the rental process:

Do I need to show ID when renting or testing?
Yes. You must show ID for every test or rental of equipment. We will make a copy of your ID on-site for formal purposes, to ensure we are covered in case of theft, loss, etc.

Can I reserve the rental/test equipment in advance?
Yes, you can reserve by calling our hotline at (08321/6909200) or send us all the details by email at mail@ridersheaven.com.

If I rent a Splitboard during the week or over the weekend, what is the rental period?

1. During the week, you can rent Splitboards from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day.
2. Over the weekend, you can pick up the Splitboard, for example, on Friday evening and must return it by 10:00 AM on Monday. If you return it later, there will be an additional charge of €30 per day for the rental/test.

You are also welcome to rent Splitboards for a longer period. However, the total price and duration must be clarified and noted in advance at the shop.

What happens if the rental/test equipment gets damaged during use?
Since our boards are frequently rented out, we regularly maintain and check them for damage. This ensures that you receive a Splitboard in perfect condition, and it also protects us in case you damage the Splitboard or accessories. If damage occurs, the returned rental equipment will be assessed to determine the issue, and it will typically be forwarded to your liability insurance.

How do I protect myself when testing/renting on-site?
If you decide to test a Splitboard at our store, we will set up a rental agreement between Ridersheaven and the renter to fill out.
All necessary information will be recorded to ensure that everything is contractually regulated on both sides.

How and where can I learn Splitboarding?
You can learn how to prepare a Splitboard, attach skins, or switch from walking to riding from our friends and partners at the Snowboard School Soul and Style Event.

If you hire splitboards from us, you will always get the right board and binding for you.

Of course, we also have the right accessories for you:

- Skins (a matching one for every board)

- Poles (adjustable and foldable)

- Crampons (on request)
