The name of the brand is associated with the country Patagonia, far away, unknown, puzzling and very interesting. Founded by Yvon Chouinard, the brand first specialized in climbing hardware. After some time, Yvon made apparel that was very sustainable and quickly became known and sought after. PATAGONIA is now a hip brand and they not only produces high-quality clothing, they also pays attention to an environmentally friendly production. Chouinard is very committed to protecting the environment and gradually donates part of the turnover to various projects. PATAGONIA mostly uses organic cotton, recycled materials such as Nylon, wool and polyester. Even with the wetsuits they renounce neoprene and have Yulex developed, a material that is made of rubber.
